Reschedule Policy - Single Sessions
At least 24 hours’ notice is required or session will be forfeited without refund.
With more than 24 hours’ notice, a single session may be rescheduled one time. A second request to reschedule will be denied, and that session may be used as scheduled or forfeited without refund.
Reschedule Policy - Packages
At least 24 hours’ notice is required or session will be forfeited without refund.
With more than 24 hours’ notice, a session may be able to be rescheduled if my schedule permits. The package end date will remain as is, and it is the client’s responsibility to use their sessions before they expire.
Unused session by the end date will be forfeited. No refunds are given.
Progress & Results
I do not guarantee results with private and in-home training. I’m there to help and guide, but the owner is doing the actual training work. It is the owner’s responsibility to ask questions between sessions, video their practice, show up for scheduled training sessions, and put in the work between sessions.
Owner Responsibilities
The owner accepts responsibility for their dog and their dog’s actions, during and after sessions, including but not limited to:
injuries caused by dog, including biting, jumping, scratching, etc
injuries caused to dog (dog bite, bee sting, sore leg, they bit their tongue, etc)
loss of dog (slipping collar, dropped leash, bolting out car door, etc)
The owner is responsible for sharing all pertinent health and behavior history with me, including but not limited to:
bite history
aggression history - growling, snapping, snarling, etc
history of escapes - slipping collar or harness, chewing through leash, etc
relevant health information
Failure to share above information may result in termination of services without refund.
